This Collinsville build single-handedly demonstrates our passion and ability to build on a client’s supplied block to their style and specifications.
The greatest challenges to overcome on this build were –
1.Scope of works and inclusions outside our usual specifications, while using our existing trades and suppliers
2.Extremely sloping site
3.Provide services – water tanks and envirocycle
4.Bushfire rating
The home comes equipped with the 2017 Choice Homes 365 Building Specification, with the addition of inclusion styles from yesteryear, all provided by our usual suppliers.
