The Gold Coast is back and it is being led by the very top of the market. In the major play Chinese powerhouse Wanda is releasing the third tower of its $1 billion-plus Jewel development at Surfer’s Paradise.

The latest Wanda launch comes as international developers continue to back the Gold Coast, where about $2.4 billion has been spent on infrastructure ahead of the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
