Strong demand continues within the Queensland property market

A recent Courier Mail article uncovers continued strong demand within the Queensland property market according to the latest realestate.com.au Demand Index.

Realestate.com.au's chief economist Nerida Conisbee identified the apartment market could continue to suffer, noting challenges in the inner city of Brisbane, with stock aimed at investors a major problem.

Ms Conisbee identified other parts of the state where demand remained high, particularly on the Gold Coast.
